2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is your processing and shipping time?
A:

  • Processing: 5–7 business days

  • Shipping: 7–10 business days

  • Total delivery: 12–17 business days

Q: Are there delays for remote areas?
A: Yes. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take an extra 7–10 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. We currently ship only within the USA.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: A flat rate of $5.95 applies to all U.S. orders. No hidden fees.

Q: Are there holiday delays?
A: During holidays (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), delivery may take 5–7 extra business days. Please order 20–25 days in advance.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email after your order ships. Use it on our Order Tracking Page.

Q: My tracking number isn’t working—what should I do?
A: Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. If it still doesn't work, contact us.


3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No, unless the item is defective or damaged due to the custom-made nature of our products.

Q: How do I request a refund for a damaged item?
A: Email us within 30 days of delivery with photo proof. We’ll issue a full refund or replacement.

Q: What if my order is delayed or lost?
A:

  • 50% refund if not delivered within 45 days

  • Full refund after 60 days

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. No exchanges for wrong size or color selections.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Q: When will I be charged?
A: Your card is charged immediately upon placing your order.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use SSL encryption, and we do not store your credit card details.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends). After that, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.

A: Yes. Each item is printed and produced specifically for you.

Q: Where can I find sizing info?
A: On each product page or our Size Chart. Please check before ordering.

Q: Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
A: We use high-quality printing, but minor differences may occur due to screen settings.


7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

Q: What should I do if my package is damaged?

  • Refuse delivery if possible

  • Otherwise, email us within 48 hours with photos

Q: What if my order is missing?
A:

  • Contact us after 17 business days

  • Eligible for:
    50% refund after 45 days
    Full refund after 60 days
