After that, your order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Cancel within 24 hours on weekdays

  • Cancel within 48 hours on weekends

Cancellations are not possible once the order has entered production.

  • Late or Missing Orders:
    50% refund if your order has not been delivered within 45 days
    100% refund if your order is not delivered after 60 days

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Wrong size, color, or design selected by customer

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

  • Change of mind after order enters production

Refund Processing Time:

6. Exchanges & Replacements

Eligibility:
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

How to Request a Replacement:

Replacement Process:
Once approved, a new item will be shipped free of charge.
There is no need to return the original item.
